FICO is the leader in fraud banking detection software. As the Lead UX Designer for FICO Falcon Fraud Manager, Application Fraud Manager, and Retail Fraud Manager, I worked closely with the Product Management team and development teams to ensure designs met the needs of our customers and are up to industry design standards. 

Note: Due to my non-disclosure agreement with FICO, I have omitted and obfuscated confidential information.

Persona development was a key part of our research phase in order to accurately capture our target users. 

Wireframes were essential in communicating requirements and elaborating user stories to the development, QA, and technical writing teams.

To better understand the end goals of our personas and the process in achieving them, we created and validated workflows with our stakeholders.
